Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OPTIONS

Head Office Pickup
In-store pickup is available for all purchases. Pickups are available Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00.

We offer various shipping options all handled through The Courier Guy.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees and times depends on the shipping option chosen at checkout. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

All order irrespective of shipping option chosen require 1 to 3 business days for processing before the item is shipped. At the time of shipping, the chosen shipping option will be used.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.

ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

- Orders only ship on business days, which are Monday - Friday.

- Not all shipping methods are available for certain items.

- Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
